The customer service was top-notch with a staff that truly seemed like they cared Bruno and Simon at the front desk made the arrival process feel special they treated us like family and that left a remarkable impression.

We had a fun visit to Universal Studios for the Mardi Gras parade during our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with everything we needed for our family as we explored all the amazing activities in the area. The room was spacious and super comfy for our family of four.

My kids wished there were more activities for them on-site. A family lounge or play area would really elevate the experience for families traveling together. The limited amenities made it tough to keep them entertained during downtime.

I loved that this hotel was in the heart of International Drive, making it super easy to stroll to places like ICON Park and the SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium. The friendly staff made my stay even better and the morning showers were refreshing after a fun evening out.

It was just a proper fit for a short weekend trip in Orlando with great value-to-price ratio. The location was excellent, right in front of the Orlando Eye and close to shops and restaurants.

the shower handle stuck and leaked all night 😩. breakfast lady's attention was wonderful, free drinks available all day, and the hotel is close to attractions. overall, a decent stay.
